Small Group Supported Community Employment

The Shop is part of the STRiVE Organization that offers Supported Community Employment (small group). This provides intensive, on-going support that enables a client, for whom competitive employment at or above the minimum wage is unlikely absent the provisions of supports and who because of the client’s disabilities needs supports to perform regularly.
